Abstract
⺠Myocardium mtDNA of six LVNC patients were sequenced. ⺠The mtDNA copy number in myocardium of LVNC patients were measured. ⺠MtDNA variants may associate with LVNC, but they are not the primary causes. ⺠Abnormal copy number state was found from the left ventricle myocardium of patients. ⺠Mitochondria aggregation and morphological abnormality were observed by TEM.
