Abstract

âº Endurance training improves muscle function and aerobic capacity in Pompe mice. âº Adaptations are similar in magnitude compared to wild-type littermates. âº Enzyme replacement therapy (rhGAA) does not impair the response to exercise. âº Aerobic training does not improve rhGAA uptake or reduce lysosomal glycogen content.
