Abstract
⺠This is the first meta-analysis assessing PON1 activity and coronary heart disease. ⺠Significantly increased coronary heart disease risk was associated with decreased PON1 activity. ⺠Significantly increased risks were also found for different coronary heart disease phenotypes.
