Abstract
⺠Few women developed anti-αGAL IgG antibodies during agalsidase beta treatment. ⺠Women who seroconverted had lower peak titer values than men. ⺠Few infusion-associated reactions were reported after 6 to 12 months of treatment. ⺠Nine percent of seronegative patients reported infusion-associated reactions.
