Abstract

âº We see metabolic patterns in CSF of different genetic mutations known to cause ALS. âº Significant differences between ALS patients with different SOD1 gene mutations. âº Significant differences between patients with and without SOD 1 mutations. âº Metabolomics can contribute in deciphering the complex interactions behind ALS.
