Abstract
⺠We see metabolic patterns in CSF of different genetic mutations known to cause ALS. ⺠Significant differences between ALS patients with different SOD1 gene mutations. ⺠Significant differences between patients with and without SOD 1 mutations. ⺠Metabolomics can contribute in deciphering the complex interactions behind ALS.
