Abstract
⺠For the first time, Dyrk1a has been shown to have antioxidant properties by activating NQO1 gene expression in liver of mice. ⺠Our results demonstrate a link between DYRK1A and NRF2 signaling pathway. ⺠DYRK1A activates NRF2 by a direct or by an indirect mechanism implicating ERK1/2.
