Abstract

âº DNIC with glutathione induces long-lasting hypotension in healthy volunteers. âº Hypotensive action of DNIC with glutathione is more efficient than that of nitrite. âº DNIC with glutathione (Oxacom preparation) is recommended as a hypotensive drug.
