Abstract
⺠Dermal application of NO led to a very rapid translocation of NO into the underlying tissue. ⺠Dermal application of NO led to systemic increase in concentration of the NO derivates nitrite and nitroso compounds. ⺠Dermal application of NO led to increased systemic vasodilatation and blood flow as well as reduced blood pressure.
