Abstract
⺠We evaluate the antifibrotic effects of SNAC, an NO donor, on hepatic stellate cells. ⺠SNAC induced conversion of myofibroblast-like phenotype into quiescent cells. ⺠SNAC modulated some genes related with fibrogenesis in murine hepatic stellate cells.
