Abstract
⺠PACAP is taken up by hippocampus and hypothalamus after intranasal administration. ⺠Cyclodextrins can be used to target intranasal PACAP to specific brain regions. ⺠Intranasal PACAP improves memory in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease.
