Abstract
⺠We developed a novel platform to produce biologically active peptides in Drosophila. ⺠As a proof-of-concept, biologically active human insulin was successfully produced. ⺠This method could provide an useful alternative to commercial peptide production. ⺠This also has the great potentials for the peptide drug development.
