Abstract
⺠α-MSH possesses antimicrobial activity against both MSSA and MRSA. ⺠α-MSH non-susceptible Staphylococcus aureus strains have shown higher LPG content. ⺠α-MSH non-susceptible S. aureus strains have comparatively rigid membrane.
