Abstract
► Plasma copeptin did not differ according to disease severity in neutropenic fever. ► Small initial increase in copeptin was associated with the development of bacteremia. ► Findings suggest the possibility of central dysregulation of AVP release. ► Copeptin is not a suitable biomarker of sepsis in neutropenic fever.
