Abstract
⺠Plasma copeptin did not differ according to disease severity in neutropenic fever. ⺠Small initial increase in copeptin was associated with the development of bacteremia. ⺠Findings suggest the possibility of central dysregulation of AVP release. ⺠Copeptin is not a suitable biomarker of sepsis in neutropenic fever.
