Abstract
⺠GHRH antagonist inhibits focal adhesion kinase signaling in lung cancer cells. ⺠GHRH antagonist decreases the expression of factors involved in angiogenesis and invasion of lung cancer cells. ⺠The study contributes to the further understanding of the processes which govern the mechanism of action of GHRH and its antagonists in cancers.
