Abstract
⺠Recognition of two specific oligopeptides by SLE abzymes was studied. ⺠Oligopeptides correspond to antigenic determinants of human myelin basic protein. ⺠A combination of reverse-phase chromatography, MALDI spectrometry, and TLC was used. ⺠For every oligopeptide several clustered sites of cleavage were revealed. ⺠Oligopeptides interact mainly with catalytically active light chain of the abzymes.
