Abstract
► Plasma leptin levels increased in children with traumatic brain injury. ► Plasma leptin levels were highly associated with poor outcome in pediatric traumatic brain injury. ► Leptin may be a good prognostic factor for 6-month mortality and functional outcome in children with traumatic brain injury.
