Abstract
⺠Dynorphin A-R6W induces nociceptive responses in the mouse spinal cord. ⺠Dynorphin A-R6W-induced nociception was diminished by morphine and MK-801. ⺠Dynorphin A-R6W produces nociception via activation of NMDA receptor in mice.
