Abstract
► Hemopressin (HP) could fully antagonize the hyperalgesia induced by endokinin A/B. ► HP could extend the analgesic duration of endokinin C/D (EKC/D). ► Co-injection of EKC/D and HP showed significant dose-dependently analgesic effects. ► SR140333B and SR142801 were used for mechanism studies.
