Abstract
⺠The effects of the bradykinin B1 antagonist R-954 were evaluated on the inflammatory reaction associated with the progression of Ehrlich ascitic tumor in mice and rats. ⺠R-954 reduced the inflammatory mediators, tumor growth as well as total cell numbers in medulla, blood, and ascitic fluid which follow the tumor inoculation. ⺠R-954 also inhibited the increase of solid tumor inoculated in rat paw.
