Abstract
► Polymyxin B6 and two linear LI-F04 peptides are found in cell pellets of Paenibacillus polymyxa JSa-9. ► We firstly identify structure-linear LI-F antibiotic from a natural bacterial isolate. ► These antibiotics from strain JSa-9 have a potential application in biological controls.
