Abstract
⺠Improvement in anthropometric and biochemical measures after interdisciplinary intervention. ⺠Increase of adiponectin and A/L and reduction in leptin and NPY/AgRP in hyperleptinemic. ⺠α-MSH and body fat mass (%) = independent predictors to explain leptin concentration. ⺠Hyperleptinemia deregulates orexigenic and anorexigenic neuropeptides during weight loss.
