Concomitant vascular GRP-receptor and VEGF-receptor expression in human tumors: Molecular basis for dual targeting of tumoral vasculature

► GRP receptors are massively overexpressed in the vascular bed of tumors. ► GRP receptor-positive vessels are also VEGF receptor-positive. ► Vascular targeting is proposed for ovarian, urothelial and renal cell cancers. ► GRP radiotracers can be used alone or preferably together with VEGF tracers.
