Abstract
⺠In liver, amylin normalizes mRNA-GLUT-2 and glycogen content IR and T2D rats. ⺠In muscle, amylin normalizes the reduced glycogen synthase a activity in IR rats. ⺠In adipocytes, amylin normalizes altered glucose transport (GT) in IR and T2D rats. ⺠In adipocytes, amylin highly improves insulin-induced GT in N, IR and T2D rats.
