► Acid-pepsin perfusion by pump induced esophageal lesions in rat. ► Pre-administration of GLP-2 (Teduglutide) with acid-pepsin perfusion, significantly reduced esophageal complications and lesion size. ► The GLP-2 (Teduglutide) healing effect on esophageal lesion due to NO pathway.
