Abstract
⺠Investigation of reactivity of a monoclonal antibody against continuous peptides from mutalysin-II. ⺠Identification of mutalysin-II peptide mimotopes using phage-display approach. ⺠Neutralization of hemorrhagic activity induced by Lachesis muta snake venom by peptide mimotope antibodies. ⺠Synthetic immunogens may be promising candidates for alternative therapeutic serum development.
