Abstract
- BRS-3 agonists stimulate the proliferation of lung cancer cells. BRS-3 ant. increased the cytotoxicity of gefitinib.
- BRS-3 agonists increased the tyrosine phosphorylation of EGF receptor in lung cancer cells.
- The EGF receptor tyrosine phosphorylation causes by addition of BRS-3 agonists to lung cancer cells occurs in a Src-, MMP- and oxygen-dependent manner.
