Abstract
► The 50% EtOH extract of C. cassia showed anxiolytic-like activity in the EPM test. ► A single treatment of C. cassia increased [3H]8-OH-DPAT binding in the DRN. ► A repeated treatment of C. cassia didn't change [3H]8-OH-DPAT binding.
