Abstract
► Mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia were induced by bone cancer pain. ► Roscovitine inhibited bone cancer pain-related behaviors in a dose-dependent manner. ► The antihyperalgesic activity of roscovitine may be relevant to impact the transcription of NR2B.
