Abstract
⺠Acrylamide induced significant characteristic neurotoxic symptoms in juvenile rats. ⺠Acrylamide caused a significant alteration in expression of a few genes. ⺠Acrylamide downregulated Mylpf gene expression in the spinal cord. ⺠In sciatic nerves, acrylamide repressed the expression of the Oprk1 gene. ⺠In the cerebellum, acrylamide caused a decrease in Nr4a2 gene expression.
