Abstract
⺠Three clinical analgesics were tested in rat algogen and neuropathic pain models. ⺠We compared the pharmacological sensitivity of evoked with non-evoked pain(s). ⺠Sensitivity of evoked and non-evoked pain(s) differed in neuropathic rats. ⺠Sensitivity of non-evoked pain(s) differed between algogen and neuropathic rats. ⺠Drug effects on motor function affected predictive capacity of pain models.
