Abstract
⺠This study determined the effects of methamphetamine during atomoxetine maintenance. ⺠Atomoxetine altered the heart rate and blood pressure effects of methamphetamine. ⺠Atomoxetine did not alter the subjective effects of methamphetamine. ⺠Methamphetamine can be safely administered to participants maintained on atomoxetine. ⺠More research is needed with atomoxetine for methamphetamine abuse.
