Abstract
⺠Adolescent female rats were treated with cannabinoid agonist, CP-55,940, or vehicle. ⺠Treated females showed reduced sexual motivation as adults. ⺠Treated females showed no changes in estrous cycles or sucrose preference. ⺠Treatment induced transient downregulation of CB1 receptors in VMH and amygdala.
