Abstract
⺠Imiquimod, a synthetic TLR7 ligand, enhances context-dependent freezing behavior. ⺠TLR7 deficiency abolished the effect of imiquimod on freezing behavior. ⺠TLR7 may be involved in the regulation of defensive behavior.
