Abstract
► The role of the CN in response to acute and chronic MPD administration. ► We ablate the CN using electrolytic and 6-OHDA injection. ► Electrolytic lesion to the CN did not alter MPD response however 6-OHDA lesion did. ► The CN plays only a modulatory role in the response to MPD administration.
