Abstract
⺠Polysubstance abuse is common among recreational MDMA users. ⺠Few preclinical studies have examined the abuse liability of drug combinations. ⺠This study examined the combined acute effects of MDMA and cocaine on CPP in rats. ⺠Low MDMA doses failed to establish conditioned place preference. ⺠MDMA modestly enhanced the place conditioning effects of cocaine.
