Abstract
⺠Behavioral consequences of soman (GD)-induced seizure activity were characterized. ⺠GD-exposed rats that exhibited seizure activity engaged in goal-tracking behaviors. ⺠These rats also had elevated startle responses and decreased pre-pulse inhibition. ⺠Acoustic startle response may be a useful tool in evaluating new therapeutics.
