Abstract
⺠Chemotherapy is associated with cognitive impairments in some cancer survivors. ⺠The etiology of chemotherapy-induced cognitive dysfunction remains unknown. ⺠Development of animal models may facilitate the search for the underlying mechanisms. ⺠Mouse and rat models of chemotherapy-induced cognitive dysfunction may differ. ⺠C57BL/6J mice may be resistant to some types of chemo-induced cognitive decline.
