Abstract
⺠Administration of WIN55,212-2 into the BLA dose-dependently induced antinociception. ⺠Intra-NAc NMDA receptor antagonist decreased the analgesic effect of WIN in the BLA. ⺠CNQX microinjected into the NAc could not affect the analgesic effect of WIN in BLA. ⺠Blockade of AMPA/kainate but not NMDA receptors in the NAc produced hyperalgesia.
