Abstract
⺠High (HiS) and low (LoS) drug-prone rats received baclofen during key abuse phases. ⺠Baclofen increased cocaine intake in HiS rats but decreased it in LoS rats. ⺠Baclofen blocked reinstatement of drug seeking equally in HiS and LoS rats.
