Abstract
⺠SYA013 inhibits d-amphetamine-induced locomotor hyperactivity in rats. ⺠SYA013 inhibits CAR in a dose dependent manner without escape failure responses. ⺠SYA013 has a log BB of 1.48 suggesting it readily crosses the BBB. ⺠WAY100,635 did not have a significant effect on the lack of catalepsy. ⺠5HT1A receptor does not contribute significantly to the pharmacological profile.
