Abstract
⺠Glutamate, glycine, and d-serine were increased in the brain of ACTH-treated rats. ⺠ACTH-treatment modified depressive-like behaviors in rats. ⺠Memantine blocked the depressive-like behaviors in ACTH-treated rats.
