Abstract

âº NS-398 administered 1Â h before LPS completely eliminated LPS anorexia. âº NS-398 eliminated LPSâinduced câFos expression after LPS in several brain areas. âº Injection of PGE2 into the dorsal/median raphe reduced food intake by 35%. âº Central injection of NS-398 into the dorsal/median raphe attenuated LPS anorexia.
