Abstract
⺠NS-398 administered 1 h before LPS completely eliminated LPS anorexia. ⺠NS-398 eliminated LPSâinduced câFos expression after LPS in several brain areas. ⺠Injection of PGE2 into the dorsal/median raphe reduced food intake by 35%. ⺠Central injection of NS-398 into the dorsal/median raphe attenuated LPS anorexia.
