Abstract
► Adolescent nicotine exposure enhances adulthood behavioral sensitivity to nicotine. ► This enhanced sensitivity is observed in distance, rearing, and stereotypy. ► Adults are more sensitive to nicotine with prior exposure as adolescents. ► Adolescent nicotine results in elevated adulthood response to novel environment.
