Abstract
âºJNJ16259685 had a mild disruption of motor function in rodents. âºEffects were at doses that are higher than required for anxiolytic-like efficacy. âºThe effects are more profound in mouse than in rat. âºThe species difference is not explained by differences in exposure. âºJNJ16259685 has a larger impact on motor learning.
