Abstract
⺠Intermittent treatment with morphine produced behavioral sensitization in mice. ⺠Adenosine receptor agonists inhibited morphine sensitization. ⺠A1 and A2A receptors are involved in morphine-induced sensitization. ⺠Adenosine agonists play a role in drug-seeking behavior and relapse to drug use.
