Abstract
⺠SB-334867-A blocks saccharin-induced flavor preference. ⺠SB-334867-A does not impair LiCl-induced taste aversion learning (TAL). ⺠SB-334867-A did not induce TAL or reduce intake when administered without LiCl. ⺠Orexin may reinforce the association between gustatory and postingestive signals. ⺠Orexinergic system interventions allow study of the role of the LH in taste learning.
