Abstract
⺠The NK2 antagonist saredutant is anxiolytic in animal models of anxiety. ⺠This is the first report of an NK2 antagonist's lack of effect on models of cognition. ⺠The NK2 antagonist saredutant may ameliorate anxiety without disrupting cognition.
