Abstract
⺠The V1b and CRF1 antagonists, SSR149415 and SSR125543, have anti-stress effects. ⺠Their effects on stress-induced deficit in cognitive performances were investigated. ⺠SSR149415 and SSR125543 prevented specifically the cognitive deficits. ⺠SSR149415 and SSR125543 may be of interest to treat acute stress disorder.
