Abstract
⺠Pretreatment with mAb GNC92H2 IgG (Kd = 2 nM) prevents cocaine-induced lethality. ⺠Immunization with the IgG, F(abâ²)2, or Fab after cocaine (i.p.) reversed overdose. ⺠Only GNC92H2 F(abâ²)2 and Fab attenuated other symptoms of severe toxicity. ⺠The Fab pharmacokinetic profile most closely aligns to that of cocaine in mice. ⺠mAb GNC92H2 Fab represents a superior antidote for acute cocaine toxicity.
