Abstract
âºThis study examined the comparability of the Plus and Zero mazes under various conditions in rats. âºUntreated rats in the Zero spent more time in open zones and exhibited more head dips than in the Plus. âºNo differences were noted following an anxiolytic between the mazes. âºRestraint, yohimbine, and caffeine produced anxiogenic effects, but did not differ between the mazes.
